A mate of mine has managed to wreck his 2.0xe block he put the wrong injectors and didn't have on his throttlebodies sys and had massisve overfuling managed to get borewash:doh: but he might be able to get a complete 2.0 8v sohc engine and we was wondering if the 16v cyl. head would go straight onto the 8v block:dunno: without any probs with water jackets and oilways etc...
We would also be using the xe crank and rods as they have been lightend balanced we'll fit with new pistons and rings
The engine would be coming out of the same model year car (1990) as the xe came out of
