The sound is the best bit Matt :thumb:
looks tuff nice to see some thing a bit different i want to turbo my v8 i was wondering do you get problems with lag as much as you do with a cossie for example just thought it might be a bit better because of the tourque of a v8 ?
It does not really have much lag. The boost comes in at 1500 rpm. It is only running 6 psi of boost at moment but it may be a bit worse when its running more .
Its the torque that is mental on it.

were there any chassis or bulkhead mods to get this to fit in? also how is the engine mounted?
the engine is chassis mounted and yes a shit load of bulkhead mods, floor mods etc... was needed m8.afew more pics of it any way for you guys that like this motor.it now has carbon bumpers and rear light guards, satin black bonnet with venting, carpets(big girl) and the engine detail has been done differently.
Them vents should let the flames out better:D:D
Looking hard as nails:cool:

that looks proper mad now.if they have put carpet in for comfort why have they put holes in the front small windows.could be a bit breezy at 140mph.
this motor was mapped to dave at dave walkers, neil is gonna change the intercooler as the inlet temp was 60degrees on boost and change to coil packs.
the car made 350hp with near on 450lbs/ft of torque.they could'nt rag the fook out of it in 4th as it was spinning like a mad man on the rollers.so i would say there is more in there, all this was on 12psi of boost.i will get some updated pics of it tomorrow if your interested guys

Defo get some more piccies up mate, luv Neils car:thumb:
Tell ya what would be good. A nice 5.5L stroker conversion on it, lowered compression and a couple of VNT's. That'd make it go!
