currently have a 2wd cossie intercooler in my turbo capri and am running about 10psi.

Boost is gonna go up to 15psi next rolling road session.

However a few people have said that the current intercooler i have fitted will limit the cars power. Have seen that volvo 760s and saab 9000s have big but shallow intercoolers. Would these be better than what i have got?

IMO, no, the Cossie intercooler will be better. The ends are a lot better shape and the thicker core means better flow.

If you think you need more, a Cossie 4x4 is a bit bigger.

What engine did you have? We used a single 2wd intercooler on the single turbo 2.8, with something like 15 psi.

Its a single turbo 2.8. Will be running 15psi when rolling roaded next

In that case, I say the Cossie intercooler is OK but look for a 4x4 one if you can.

Why dont you use water cooled intercooler.

I think that it has more potencial

Maybe more potential but also more complexity. It's a matter of choices but with a front engine I think and air/air intercooler is the easiest for most people.

should be getting hold of a 4x4 intercooler.

Thanks for the advice :thumb:
