Subscription Problems

Hi there,

Might not be the correct way to raise this but having a problem with my subscription.

Subscribed in January (subscriber 558) and received Feb issue in good time. Still haven't received March issue and have had to resort to going to the shop and buying it. Have phoned the subscription helpline at the publishers but only ever get a message saying extremely busy please leave a message and we'll get back to you. Having left 3 messages I can confirm that this does not seem to be the case.

Don't know if there is anything you can do but thinking about cancelling subscription and going back to picking it up from the shop. Don't want to do this as subscribed to save the hassle!!

Love the magazine think it is much better than the competition but finding this very frustrating!
