Just a reminder the opening round of the championship is this weekend on the bank holiday Monday. Venue is at Croft Circuit near Darlington, a few miles from Scotch corner on the A1.

I have some tickets going spare if anyone wants them. You'll be paying £10 for these on the day or you can get them off me for nuffink!!!! PM me if you want some.

The event is also a round of the British Sprint Championship so plenty of nice sounding F1 engines to keep you interested.;) :thumb:

Windy, I was planning on going to this anyway, but for free is even better, if you've got any more spare? No matter if not.

Are you taking your car? I have pics from this forum, on my desktop for the last couple of months, would love to see it in the metal. I wont be in my mk2 most likely in works van :( booooo

See you guys there! :)

Had a great day, met some great people and watched some great cars - GREEAAAT :D

Cheers for the tickets Windy, it was much appreciated :thumb:

I'll get some pics and vid clips up as soon as I can but as I went straight away to work from the track it'll probably be the weekend for the vids.

But I missed Bernard Armitage's Mk2 (on video) on both runs :stu: :stu: :stu:

So, did you beat Bernard Graham?

Sorry to see Bernard hadn't resprayed it. Not that yellow isn't a nice colour, but sure he said it would be resprayed silver during the off season. That'd really suit the beast.

Was thinking about you all, enjoying yourselves. I contented myself with charging the batteries on the Fiesta 8-) Not quite the same, but at least I was in the garage.

Right, I popped back to the flat at lunch and grabbed the memory card from the camera so here are the stills (gonna post em in the gallery as well).

Here's Windy's lovely Mk2 which sounded awesome on the runs :thumb:

A good first outing. Despite problems with the NEW Quaife 'box
on the Saturday.
Once we get some rear brakes, we'll be ready for Curborough.
