This is my 3rd year of subscribing to the mag, after the first year i got a reminder in advance and sorted it, all was ok. This time round the reminder was just a letter saying "missing something" i guess thats when the latest mag was out but my subscription had lapsed :dunno: quite funny but not very handy as it means i havnt had a chance to sort it before the date :doh: :D
Anyways i paid online for another year, but my bank account card was cloned or whatever and so about the time the payment must have been in the process i cancelled the card, a week or so later i get a letter from subscriptions saying its been rejected by the bank so realised what it must have been and paid again, a few weeks later i got a letter saying thanks for paying youll get details in the post for the subscription. Got that letter the other day, it says its starting with the june issue, the last one i got was march so i guess im missing 2 (not sure when the spring one comes out? ). I have just had to buy the sideways one which is may but now im missing april :doh:
So now i have to order the back issue for april which will means paying out extra and extra hassle where the subscription is meant to save money and hassle :stu:
Just think it would be better for the subbies if you sent out the subscription reminders a little in advance rather then when the subscription is actually up :(
