what cams??

I'm running a standard xe in my mk1 escort and would like to fit some new cams for some more power.
Can anyone help me as to what to go for, without having to modify pistons etc... ?

Piper do a fast road set, that you can ue with the standard injection system. But to be truthful, they don't make a lot of difference. You would be better off buying a set of twin 45's and a management system IMHO

It doesn't cost a great deal to modify the standard pistons. I think SBD can do them for you. Well worth doing as you will gain so much more with a higher lift cam.

Thats a good idea, but the standard injection will struggle to cope, especially at higher revs.

Good starting point tho.
