I don't know if this will be allowed but how about a section for musical instruments for sale in the music section?
Here goes..
For sale - my cherished Fender Ultimate Chorus 212 amplifier.
This is a very good amp in excellent condition. It dates from around the mid 90's. I have had it since 2002 and in all that time absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. One of the metal trims has come off one of the jack sockets on the front but it is just a guide trim and does nothing except look pretty, and it isn't on a socket that you would ever use (mono in?? what the hell that is for is beyond me - I use the stereo out for linking up another amp).
Anyway, this amp is great for playing live in small venues but as with most transistor amps lacks the all out power of a valve amp that is needed to fill large halls, which is why I am selling it. I need to keep up with the other guitarist in my band who has a Fender HotRod Deville 410:cool: ..i'm buying one of those and they are about £600!:stu:
I'm not exactly sure of the power output - I think it's around a 100 Watts which is plenty:thumb: This amp is LOUD!
The clean channel on the Fender Chorus amp is renound for being amazing.. and it is. The drive side is good for a transistor amp, with plenty of gain. I must stress that this is a brilliant blues/rock amp, but not so good if you want to play serious heavy metal stuff - you need a Mesa Boogie or Marshall for that.
I'm looking for no less than £200 and the buyer would have to pick up. No way i'm having this trashed in delivery:noway:
