Hi All
I am a little lost now so therefore screaming in the world "HEEEELP MEEE"

I just exchanged my cams BOA 2 BOB but no good result happened - probably some error by me.
So i was curious if you would not know what is wrong.
It was simple exchange BOA cams out and BOB cams in same order ->
BUT here i have already doubts - i was not able recognize the difference between exhaust and intake cam - are they same?
left and right side is different by code FN1501 and FN1502.

now the engine runs not fine - it shakes like crazy and no power at all - just the opposite - less power and at idle it goes offline.
when i spin the engine twice - the set mark where good 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 was pointing.

I feel like it is a little wrong or i should really use the BOB timing wheels - BUT when i had them in hand they looks like the BOA ones.

I was trying to reach Tony (MadOldBugger) but ford power is down and i lost his mail somewhere - anybody have his mail ?
Or any advice for me?

fordpower has a temporary forum at http://fordpowerorguk.slarti.myfreeforum.org/ i think the issue though is that you need to use the BOB washers as well as the cams, best check with em on fordpower though as i havent done mine yet.

shaking issue was badly connected ignition cables due to coil pack mounted 180degre wrong.
timing was a little out - with BOB timing plated and TDC gauge i was able to set it correctly.
but still no big power - i believe now i ned to MAP the ECU but i am still not shure.
bought a new set of HEGOs and will try to exchange.
new injectors are prepared.

in your case do make tension on the chain.
park the engine in correct possition - TDC and 1-2 and 3-4 marks pointing on each other.
---
BUT there can be an issue in older chain(longer) - in my case.
