Ive just got myself an XE powered Corsa and its got a bit of an odd problem.
It wont pull on full throttle, but back off 5-10mm and it pulls fine.
I had it on the dyno the other night and its makes 140hp on part throttle, but under 100 full throttle.
The air/fuel is uneffected when it goes flat, I tried the tps in various positions with no effect and went through all the basics of plugs, leads, cap etc.
Its running std inlet manifold, throttle body and afm with a cone filter.
Unfortunately the chip is unknown, but i have a std one coming, its meant to have cams and flowed head, but the problems ive found in general im suspiscous of anything thats 'meant' to have been done.
Ive mainly played with fords and just wondered if anyone had any ideas, its just odd that it happens on a very small part of the throttle when the butterfly is virtually fully open anyway:confused:
