Advantages of weld in cages

Over the winter i am planning on tarting up my escort. It has only got a six point bolt in cage fitted at the moment.

What sort of difference would i notice with the handling? if any!

Would it be a worth while investment to improve the handling (as i will have to pay for someone to fit it :watchout: ) or will it just look :cool:

when i turned a bolt in 6 point in my race car (tarmac) into a welded in multi point i noticed big improvement in the turn in and sharpness of chassis response
