Weber 45 DCOE's- Will they work?

I have got a pair of 45 DCOE's to fit to a 2ltr pinto, with a big valve head and high lift cam (not sure of cam spec). The head is heavily ported too.

The carbs currently have:

135 Mains
175 Air controllers
F15 Emulsion tubes
50 Acceleraor pumps
50 F8 Idle jets
36 Chokes
3.5 Venturis
60mm RAM tubes
Will I be anywhere close, or can someone give me some advice of what set-up I should be starting with???? :thinking:

Most 45's use 4.5 venturis but you should get it going with 4.5's.
135 mains are too small for a high lift cam; I would change to 150 to start with.
