Just moved into my new lockup 2day.It's huge http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
Plenty nuff room for at least 6 cars with loads of space to move round them.There is a fair bit of work to do b4 I can get any motors in there,but I've got a big skip coming at 9 o'clock 2morrow morning and I'll be knocking down the wall near the entrance and loading up all the other shit that's in there.
There is a small office type room at the rear and also a sink area and a toilet room.
I'll put up some more pics 2morrow when I've beaten the wall down and cleared some space.Hopefully I can pick up the Mk1 this week and get it in there http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif

Me and me m8 knocked the wall down 2day and filled 2 skips with shit.There is still some more rubbish in there to move but I reckon 1 more load and it's clear.I'll be putting some carpet tiles down soon to make it a bit more cosy http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif

I am only renting it,got a 5 year lease.I had a deal with the landlord and we have settled on £175 a month,with 2 months rent free to allow for the remedial work that needs doing.
Pretty reasonable I reckon for the size and location.It's only a 5 minute walk from my house and is immediately behind the high street http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif

There are sometimes places to rent in local papers and property papers.I just heard about this one through luck.Best thing is to ask around.It used to be a storage unit for Clarke's shoe shop.Most of the older shops have these type of things still tied to there leases and often unused.

Not been able to get up there for a few weeks,due to the busted leg,but it's getting there now and is proving invaluable for the Mk1 and the Mustang work http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif Shame I won't be able to do any work on em for a while http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/sad.gif
