Someone at work was saying he has heard of a sapphire cossie with a blitz exhaust being fitted and that the exhaust was specifically designed for the car. Has anyone else heard of this?

A guy I sort of know said he's got some sort of franchise going for a exhaust system called Tiger or something similar and they are supposed to be 'flash cut' like the blitz ones but designed specifically for british motors including cossie's. He said it was all top notch quality with polished to the exhaust manifold an option http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/shocked.gif.

They sounded pretty smart.....I havn't seen one yethttp://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif

I saw one, there OK I suppose...not as good as he'd descrided and they sound very tinny, not very much resonance to them at all. Shamehttp://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/sad.gif

Boo Hoo! I wanted it to be good.http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/sad.gif

Thanks for that Duplex, you've probably just saved me quite a bit of money!

Can anyone tell me where I can see some pictures, or can scan in the magazine article? I'm curious to see what it looks like, and see if it is how I imagine it.

Cheers
Hugh

I hasten to add that those ones may not be the ones your talking about. The tinny sound was on an RSturbo which is what suprised me. I've never heard an S2 have a tinny sounding exhaust, even the standard one booms nicely. Maybe the exhausts are very high flow or something stopping that kind of effect, dunno...

doesn't mean I don't still want a flash cut exhaust, I think it would look tastey!
