A friend of mine who lives just around the corner from me has decided that his already immaculate 3-door needs restoring. He is known on the RSOC BB as Ian3dr - but this is soon to be changed to 'Bufty' http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
Below are some pictures of it in it's original glory, and then some of the current stripping that is going on. The words below are those of the owner:
"Well seeing that it is winter, decided to do a few bits to the underside. First off was the fuel pump hanger, to be painted, along with the tank. When I took it off, it was white underneath, so with a rag, brush, and some WD40, had a little scrub, it was all coming off!! It was either stop there, or just carry on, so the next day, with help from Anthony from our Group,(Thanks for all your help mate!) we stripped the intire back end."
Before the Strip down - I have some better pictures than these, and will post them tonight.
