I have not rode a bike since my moped days and was wondering what the cost of training and a test would be.

Phoned up Horizon in Milton Keynes today:

£400 all in for 5day intensive. 4hours riding a day, includes bike hire and test cost.

Moday: 125cc familiarisation

Fri: 1 1/2 hours on a 500cc, then test.

Sorry mate, couldn't resist. I've got Bike magazine and they put all the 600's in head to head megatest. The CBR600RR won quite clearly overall, and is the bike I've been hankering after for years.

Seems the R6 has the best engine, and the GSXR has the best chassis. Choices choices!! http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif

was very tempted aswell we will have to see !!!

a guy in my work has just bought a 2000 YZFR6, it looks nice as fuck, but i liked the colour scheme on his Honda VFR 400 better, i want to get a ped license too, just aint got the cash at the mo
