Cheers peeps http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
Getting it in and running wasn?t so bad lol (apart from the gearbox mounts that needed cutting off the tunnel) The minute the head was on I was mad to hear it run, so its turned into a bit of a rush job lol, now its time to get it sorted a bit better lol, like adapt an intercooler to fit, alter the tank feeds, and sort an exhaust still as well as loads of other bits n paint I want to do. All of which are in the process of being sorted lol when it stops raining zzzz

Fat T5's dont like thin tunnels http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/sad.gif those mounts were 5hits to cut off http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wall.gif
Mind you I was trying to cut them off in situ with the box in place already http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/blush.gif http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif

That welding is the nuts http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif You could make alot of money getting them made up and selling to the RST boys, a very neat solution! Remeber me when your rich http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/jester.gif

No reason why not. All he needs is to know what needs modding and i'm sure it could be sorted.

Might be wrong but I?m not sure yours would want to be the same if its going on a stock S2? I guess the o/s hose would want to be pointing straight up or even have a 90 or 180degree bend in its union and the n/s hose union pointing back into the engine bay? (You might as well get it made as near spot on as poss 1st time lol)
In any case I?ll try see what price it can be done at and let you know.

09-05-2003, 09:09
That would make it easier to plumb in, but I was trying to think if you could get a boost pipe either side of the rad.

Thanks http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/clap.gif

Mark
It looks like you'll be looking at about £70 all in to have your intercooler end tanks cut off- new ones made up and all the welding done so it ends up looking the same as mine, or even have it made to your own spec. (the only thing is you'll need to clean it out and paint it afterwards as the chap works by the hour!)
