oil cooler in one air filter in the other plus the pipework would be monstrous imagine the lag and i don't want it on the roof like an RS200 either there is not that much room in
the side either really but i know where your coming from

heres an idea: mount it between the strut tops, and have those NASCAR vents put in the rear windows (i pressume your using perspex windows?) and then run soem pipework to teh front of the cooler from the vents.

cheers for the pics
wes i was going to use the side windows have a shroud made to cover the engine side intercooler with 2x 4" tubes to flow the air it can only go through the intercooler then
that should flow enough air i hope if you get my drift
is the biggest intercooler always the best?? could i halve the size will it still be ok??has anyone found that changing say from a 4x4 on to rs500 one made a big differance

for the power you are running and the location of the intercooler, a single 4x4 intercooler won't be upto the job. I'd be getting 2 4x4 intercoolers and welding them together, with new ends made up http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif

Give Karl Norris an e-mail, he should be able to make something for you Karl@NorrisMotorsport.co.uk http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif

thats the size i was hoping for the rs500 size is a bit big
but i don't want to find out later on that the intercooler is to small plus i got my exhaust in now woohoo its the dogs
what do you think ? http://media.turbosport.co.uk/2003/5/200352112611584758.jpg

Have they got a website and how much do they charge? I'm thinking of getting a custom exhaust system made, 4" from the turbo all the way to the back (or maybe even side exit), less restrictive and makes less noise (needed for track days noise restictions)

I'd put heat wrap around your exhaust all the way to the chrome section. 2 4x4 (or even 2wd) intercoolers will have alittle bit more core capacity than an RS500 one, Karls quad 2wd intercoolers have more than twice the capacity http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif
