Oil for your Turbo CVH

What grade and type of oil does everyone here use or suggest for their 1600 cvh Turbo engines? I've got a 1600cvh Turbo running with a Carb in my XR2 so I was just wondering.

I use either Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w 50 or Castrol RS 10w 60 (hard to get hold of) NOT the 0w 40 Castrol RS stuff which is piss thin.

If all else fails, just whack in some synthetic 10w 40 m8 http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
