the fzr 600 lump fits the fzr 400 frame. The owo1 fzr 750 lump (if you can get one)does fit the fzr 600 frame. The fzr 1000 motor does fit all frames and thunderace and yzf750. Which also means the thunderace engine will fit as well (very very simlar). Not sure how esay but i think it is a simple swap. http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/banana.gif

not that many around as they are used in sidecar racing. About £6-£700 should get you one check out mcn and biketrader

There was a loctite coloured FZR400 with a 1000 exup engine going around a while ago.
