I OWN A S2 ESCORT AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH BOOST THE ORIGINAL TURBO CAN GIVE ITS CAMMED,CHIPPED,-31 ACTUATOR AND A DUMP VALVE I WANNA KEEP THE ORIGINAL TURBO COS I DONT WANT MUCH LAG,CHEERS AND DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW MANY DEGREES I CAN HAVE MY VERNIER ADVACED

15psi seems to be the recommended amount if you want the turbo to last, you can go higher (up to 20) but its going to shorten its life.

you couldnt tell me about the cam timing? and how can i run 15psi through my motor

Get a boost gauge and take it somewhere to be setup, the -31 actuator should be good for 15 psi

The -31 is good for 25psi but your turbo probably isn't. Normally if the turbo is okay its the intercooler that limits the boost cause it can not keep the act's down over 15psi. 15 psi is good for 170-180bhp if well set-up with mods you listed.
