Good tip with AVO coilovers the top seat can sometimes fall off over jumps etc, so best to screw them on, I machine two slots either side and tap for a 5mm cap head.

This is like de ja vu for me, i had the rear beam out of mine only a coulple of weeks ago, cleaned it all up and a nice new coat of paint, great minds eh! http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif
LOL funny isnt it http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
I was just going to put all me noew bits on but the diff wasnt going to be here for a few weeks so I thought lets give it a once over, problem is once you start you start thinking about doing the next bit then the next bit, you just have to draw the line as I aint got time http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
I was just going to change the rear beam bushes, says in the manual you can do it with the beam in the car, yeah right! I used a 15 ton press to get the new ones in, and it was still a right pain in the RS! But once it was all out i just couldn't put it back in like it was, the paint on the trailing arms was all flacking off, it looked cack, so i cleaned it all up and lots of hammerite was applied! http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif
