I need to replace my old Pipercross Cone filter as it's been on the car about 4-5 years & am thinking of going for one of these K & N Grp A kits as I'm about to order quite a bit of stuff from Woodford anyway. Has anybody got one & if so do you have piccies & can tell me exactly what the kit comprises of??

Thanks,
Ian http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif

Toppy,

I thought you must get more than that considering the price of it??

Ben,

Nearly solved my problems mate, new (well secondhand) head at Castle being re-furbished ready to go onto the car....probably the week after next. Fancy popping round for a chat if you're free on the day I'm going down? I still have your number if it's the same?

Did you get the pics of my car that I sent ya btw?

Cheers,
Ian

Car runs fine with it. not noticed any changes tbh. Part from the noise and the chatter is much louder. some peeps say thay are no better than standard coz they suck in hot from the engine bay. but once on the move i carnt see this being a prob. Any other views on this?

Cheers for that Toppy, ordered one today along with the other bits I was getting. I already had a cone filter (Pipercross) fitted so I know about the heat debate you are talking about. I don't think it is much of a problem once doing reasonable speeds but I am fitting a cold air pipe to mine anyway http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
