im asking on behalf of a mate

how does a saph cos bumper fit? i.e. where is it bolted/held etc?

They are bolted to the front wing just infront of the wheel arch, you can either get to the bolts from underneath or by pulling back the plastic protector from inside the arch. Once these are undone the bumper can then be pulled forward (pull from the front centre of the bumper) alittle so you can unplug the fog lights, then continue pulling the bumper until it comes out totally.
