Jim,
You muppet! I just sold a set of 5 on Ebay for £80 without tyres.
Could have had em if you'd have been quicker!
80quid?!?!
f**kin con artist :P
fookin ell jim, do you want someone to pay you to take a set or summit?
20 Bensons, a orange slush puppy, 2 packets of Hubba bubba bubble gum and a bag n cheese n onion walkers http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif
£150?
Alex i think thats a bit too cheap http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif
£200 IMO http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
Jim you been converted to the correct way of thinking ?? but your going to buy a Cossie piece by piece ?? http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/laugh.gif
i dont want them for the looks... i want them for the tyres and the bigger clearance for brakes.
ideally i'd have 16" RS 7 spokes, but theyre hens teeth and expensive... saff cossie wheels are the cheapest 15s i can probably find (cept RST ones, but thet'd be mingin!)
i've seen em go on interford for 50quid-100quid depensing on mintness and tyre condition
Jim buy them off interford then http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
Les pointing out the obvious http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
(cept RST ones, but thet'd be mingin!)

they'd look f00kin orrible ona sierra... i tried my RST ones on it when i 1st bought the car, looked so stupid!
The cheapest 15s you cou;ld get would be Mondeo steel wheels and get a nice set of hubcaps:)
Bargain for £50

Jim - they look fookin awful on a sierra.... which is why everyone sells them http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/tongue.gif
i dont give a shat about the looks to be honest (have you SEEN my car... lol!) just want clearance for some discs bigger than 260mm
oh, and APPARENTLY 15s make the car handle better than 14s.
by the way, what rubber they use as std? 195? 205?

Jim tell him how much YOU wanna pay.(not much by the sounds of it http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/moon.gif)
He either tells U to F off or asks for a little bit more, you then name a price in between http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif and thats how the game goes.
Steve
i have a set of 4 with ok tyres all round, asking £160, not in great condition, they are13yrs old bless after all. make me an offer, they are in my way.

cheers sapphy, will use my own webspace instead on here http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif btw if its img not image then why does the instant ubb code button use image? http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wall.gif http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/tongue.gif
look a good set of rims for that money. are the tyres ok?
dunno if you mean me here??
if so...all tyres are well legal. two are crap cheap budget turd nankangs (i didnt buy em), 2 are nct2
last year i spent a few days refurbing em myself. as per normal with 3 door rims the laquer was ruined and cracked off in place on the front face, once this happens it spreads REAL fast http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/sad.gif basically i literally peeled the laquer off with a blade underneath it (one rim's worth of front face laquer actually came off in one piece!!!), next i rubbed the front face down with a fine coarse sanding disc and one of the flap type things to get into the curved edge near where the alloy meets the tyrewall. once that was complete i sprayed all the wheel black over running into the lattice inners, then rubbed the front face off again after a moments madness of thinking about leaving em all black lol then just heavily coated em in laquer (which is as yet uncracked still)
they aint concourse (unlike my spare with its D40 http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif it has a 1989 casting mark tho so aint 100% concourse i dont suppose, dunno aint into that crap lol) but they look 100000 times better than they did which is all i set out to achieve

Yea very reasonable mate ive seen a few sets of 3dr wheels on ebay go for between 150-200 depending on condition. The £200 ones had just had a proper refurb and all laser cut faces, etc.
btw if its img not image then why does the instant ubb code button use image?
Dunno mate, it's a bit quirky. It works if you use the image button, but if you later go back and edit the post when you submit your changes if the tags are [image] then quite often it'll not work. It's an infopop issue as i've seen it happen on loads of BB's.

ok sapphy, tis a wierd one aint it http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/wall.gif
a proper diamon cur refurb costs £200 for 4 wheels!! so hardly worth selling em for £200 like lol
