has anyone done any thing to fix the amount of body roll the car has or is the a kit they sell to move the springs from under the car to the out side on the shocks or does any one have some ideas?

am i just atlking to my self here or do you guys just not have any problems with body roll on thr rs sorry i keep saying the mk4 i mean escort rs

How similar is your car to a mk4 Escort??? First check the sway-bar thicknesses. On a S2 RST they should be 24mm front and 16mm back.

You can do coilovers I think, but you don't tend to see them as I reckon just a spring and damper upgrade is usually sufficient to lower and stiffen the car so that the body roll is reduced.

I don't think anyone here is exactly sure what your beast looks like from underneath so how much it resembles the mk4 we know I don't know.

Looking at those pictures, the suspension is the same, but there doesn't seem to be an anti-roll bar at all in the rear. The European injected models had 12mm and the S2 RST 16 mm.
