Go to the Video section and its the vidoe at the bottom. Listen to the waste gate noise. I think its a recirc dump valve but I didn't know they went on RST's. Please correct me if Im wrong

But then I am running 20psi boost!

It is "wastegate flutter/chatter" or whatever you want to call it (not real name, but what everyone calls it)

It is caused by air being forced back through the turbo vanes when you change gear, if you take your dump valve off you should be able to hear it slightly if you run high boost 15psi & above.

If you got EFI fitted, it would be loud as feck;) I believe that the RST in that vid has Efi fitted.

Can I just stick the EFi from a Fiesta RST on to my escort or is it a bit more complex ?
