how to get it to peak and hold at the same boost

wondering how to get my s2 to hold the same boost as it peaks 2? anyone got any ideas. i understand that the fuelling will need to be looked at aswell but just wondered how to get the boost to hold.

i got a -31 i heard something about the amal valve causing boost to drop off is this true.

I think the boost spike is related to the amal valve bu i really couldn't tell you how!
