View Full Version : My Blade
Just though I would put a piccie on here see what you peeps think, I've had it about 3 years, mod'ed it slightly, mini indicators (made carbon mould to fill the oles in the fairing) hacked the numberplate holder/mudguard off, remade that, fitted "harris" hugger, k&n, and renthal sprockets and gold did chain, its really mint, and stll gives me a buzz http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/clint.gif

ok well you asked lol.
97 blade, 929 block, polished frame, 98 back bodywork and rear light, vfr 750 single sided swinging arm with new suspension linkages(jacked up), renthal sprockets, expensive takisbusha (cannot fooking spell it)chain (converted to be a 530 rather than 532), ohlins rear shock, rear indicators hidden in the bodywork gills, full arkropovic system with titanium end can, K&n, dyna jet kit, barnett clutch and springs, Hornet clutch cable, Martek top yoke and risers, renthals, twin spots with the indicators built in to em on billet bottom mount alloy brackets, billet cnc bar end mirror, 98 blade clocks on one off alloy mount (by me in 1/4 dural), all wiring hidden, loads of bits lockwired, braided hosing all round with stainless fittings, nearly every bolt replaced with Stainless, revavled front forks. Paint is a nissan silver with orange wheels running new Avon av49/av50 sp extreme. When money allows will be fitting upside downies of the 2000 blade, also got to inspect the discs as one may be warped so will probably end up with pfms cast irons on the front (loved em on me gixxer).
Is in bits still at present waiting for some bits from Honda next weekend looking good. http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/smile.gif
