Right: On a pinto what sorta zorst is best?
If you want to release more power could you always slap on a big bore full system or could that have a negative effect on things as well?
HI MATE- SOMETHING LIKE AN ASHLEY 4 BRANCH, 2"-2 1/4" WITH MATCHING SINGLE BOX SYSTEM SHOULD DO THE TRICK. DONT THINK YOU NEED ANY MORE THAN THAT- UNLESS SOMEONE KNOWS DIFFERENT??

be carefull with a single box ashley, i got one on my Xflow and its too loud for going on a track day, im gonna have to put another box in the system eventually. It was about 114 decibels, before i put me 40's on it!!

Yep, I'll second that, Ive been using Ashley ones on my rally car, and brand new ones were failing noise after 2 rallies http://www.turbosport.co.uk/images/smilies/shocked.gif
So I cut the rear box open only to find next to nothing in the way of packing, no wonder it was failing. So I repacked it with loft insulation and rivited a plate over it so I could repack again if necessary, and it lasted two years before I needed to do it again!

Hiya
I have a new single box ashley on my pinto, and it doesn't seem that loud, it pops and bangs LOADS on decereration and makes a nice rasp when i put my foot down but it sounds really good i thought!
Every car is different i suppose!
