How heavy is a full pinto motor?
How much torque does it produce in standard form?

ps.how much does a 1300 xflow weight? as i'm tryin to figure out approximately how much my car weights now.

I fi remember rightly the Pinto is about 22Kg heavier than a Xflow

cha......doesn't anyone know the torque figure. Is it enough to get it sideways in the dry?

MK1 had 107lbs/ft at 3750rpm

MK2 had 15 more BHP so maybe around the 120lb/ft mark

What about the pintos from the sierras, are they the same as the mk1/mk2? (i mean in torque)

Sierras should be the same and a 2 litre pinto will definately get you sideways, wet or dry

O.k, the mk2 Has 110bhp @ 5500RPM, and 120lb/ft of torque at 4000RPM

However the fuel injected version has a silky 160lb/ft of torque @ 4000rpm and 115bhp.
