do wheels catch if car is unarched ,car has been tubed and arch lip rolled or does it hav to be a baby

Baby atlas is 48.5 inches wide, same width as a std english axle.
Narrow atlas how wide ?
rear discs or not ?
mk1 or mk2 ?
Wheel width and offset ?
Tyre width ?

Narrow atlas will be 50". It seems you can just get away with it in mk2's - i know of at least 2 mk2 rally cars, un arched, with 50" atlas axles - its very close though. However, with mk1's, the only way this will work is if you use FWD offset wheels.
