Ok no problem.

This isnt a manifold we stock as a rule, people seem to prefer our big 'Mass Style' manifold, so there will be a couple of week delay to get it in.

Just keep that in mind should you need it in a hurry

Recieved my full system on friday and neil still hasnt cashed my cheque...:D

I polished the manifold and gave her a coat of blueaway so fingers crossed she go's a nice golden colour like the bikes do.....:woohoo:

For those 'buftys' who like to keep their battery tray I have another two of these manifolds in stock as we had to have a batch of three to sort Matt out.

Being fitted 2nite so fingers crossed:banana::banana::banana:... will upload pic's tuesday nite.....:thumb:

A little tip;)

One thing i will say is if you have a mk2 1600sport/harrier, you will need to cut 1.5 inches off the pipe that go's into the backbox section to line her up nicely and remove the washer bottle and relocate if poss... no room...

Another tip which was from Neil was clean the manifold with autosole then when fitted get some blueaway from frost (£17.00 a bottle and its small):sick::sick: and apply this to it and she will go golden in colour like the bike manifolds:cool::cool::cool::cool:

120.4bhp.... needs block decking more :watchout::watchout:to gain the extra 10/20ish bhp hopefully to raise compression ...

I'm a student at Instituto Politecnico Leiria working on a project about Ford escort Pinto, we have an entire model on Lotus Engine software, so we can study the engine at a deep level.

Right now we are making a study regarding aftermarket exhaust, and we need the lenght and diameter dimensions of 4-1 Exhaust

We will be very gratfull if you give those dimensions!

We will give you the conclusion of the project, regarding the performance of installing exhaust manifolds 4-1 and the dimensions of a exhaust tuned by pressure waves.
