2WD Cosworth T3 Turbo unit needed

Hi,

I have been quoted silly money to rebuild my turbo so thought it might work out better to buy one that is refurb'd already or a very good used one.

NO JUNK PLEASE - I already have one that blows oil, don't need another !

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a compnay that will do a decent rebuild or exchange on mine without breaking the bank would also be appreciated.

I would also consider a more 'exotic' (T34 etc) turbo if the price is right.

Could collect round London/Herts and most of essex area no problem.

Speak to Vince @ CR Turbo's. He rebuilds them for most of the big names so chances are the company that quoted you would be using him. He is very competitive and will not do anything that doesn't need doing!

Thanks gents,

I was quoted well over £200 and the turbo has no damage to the turbines or anything. I have got a price I'm happy with, the right side of £150 provided nothing other than bearings and seals are needed.

I'll keep CR turbos info as I will need another one done in a few months time for another project.
