    Can anyone explain why

When you park in a car park away from other cars people ( mostly women) no offence ladies, someone parks next to you so close its hard to get back in the car when the car park is nearly empty. Is it me or do people like to park against a nice car when they are driving a heap of crap & dont mind banging their door against your pride and joy.
Sorry to rant on but just took the missus to sainsburys in my cossie & as we came back to the car a woman was struggling to get out of her car cos she had parked so close in a near empty car park.

It's because some people are fooked on OCD berries and have to make sure the cars follow a nice order with no scary spaces between them.
That's all i've got? Hope it helps!!

Its the same when you go camping and use a camp site, someone will pitch a tent right next to you (always city folks) even though theres acres of empty space. pack animals feel safe in numbers, ie: sheep

Yep, that happened to us at CF show.
Probably about 5 acres of empty campsite to choose from and they pitch not 6 feet from us.

people normally park next to your nice car so if anyone wants to steal a car they steal the nice one not the banger beside it, if that makes sense.

My son parked his Corsair in Sainsburys empty car park as far away as possible from the shop, came back 15 mins. later to find the front offside wing caved in and still an empty car park!

Sorry to hear about your sons car, has he asked sainsburys to check the cctv so he can get a reg number of the offending car.
I took my car to a local show & put it on display then went for a walk around only to find the old guy parked next to me had let his door dent my rear wing then he had drove off. So I know how your son feels.
