Valve stem seal issue !

Hi everyone,

My daily 2l pinto keeps loosing his valve stem seal from their seats but only on exhaust side apparently. I have changed them with new ones Victor reinz but 2 months later same issue. I have tried also the "Top hat" from the CVH 1.8 but it doesn't fit correctly.
It smells very bad every time I run it and I can't figure out how to fix this problem.

Any of you have encountered this and have found a solution ?

are valves and springs also camshaft standard parts ?

Everything is standard except the springs. They come from a mild-road kent cam kit if I well remember.
