Mk2 Escort Front Coilover Options

Hi Fellas

Im looking to get some front adjustable coilovers for my mk2 escort road car and am wondering the what the best options are?

At the moment im using the 1600 sport standard shocks with lowered springs, do i convert these shocks or go for RS/capri 2.8 ones which will require me to get new hubs etc?

I will no doubt replace the inserts for Gaz adjustables also.

Really its just so i can get it a bit lower, its a road car so i dont want it too hard.
