Looking great
The angle of that shiny fuel filler pipe looks like it goes back up after the neck of the filler cap...

its tight on the angle for a fall, we had to cut the neck of the tank right down but i have not tightened it all up yet as its comming out for paint. if it spills back i,ll have to do something.

Love the wheels
just thought i would get it outside for a clean and have a good look at the wheels fitted, well pleased with the stance, suspension has got to settle but just the look i was after, what do you think.
EVERY DAY,S A LEARNING DAY
Looks spot on you must have had a big old grin when you stood back for a look
yep sure did, started off being a mildly tuned and sensible looking rally car, thats out the window now.

Hexham and District Motorclub
looks very very nice indeed.maybe a bit high?done a superb job on it tho!
tommy 2000
yep it is a bit high at the mo but its not roadworthy yet so needs a good thrash round to settle the suspension. also its a period rally car and will never be too low.
EVERY DAY,S A LEARNING DAY
Looking good mark you will like the grip the kuhmos offer but be carefull in the wet with them as said before.
ALLWAYS EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED
wheels fair set it af there
dsrestos
those tyres are brilliant in the wet.we use them on the race cars and perform brilliantly

well about done in the boot and inside the car ready for a trip to cornwall for the wiring at trevs place, under the bonnets about done, got water and oil in it, will be purging or bleeding the dry sump in the morning ready for hot wiring and hopefully a tune out of the old girl.
EVERY DAY,S A LEARNING DAY
well had it running today sounds realy well but can't upload the vid for some reason so its off to cornwall for stage one to fit the custom period wiring loom, have a holiday while trevs beavering away
EVERY DAY,S A LEARNING DAY
Those back wheels are sticking out a fair bit...
wider the better not outside the bodywork so ok for the MOT. if theres a problem i can take them in a inch ,have 1" bolt on spacers fitted at the mo from the 9,s
EVERY DAY,S A LEARNING DAY
Awesome, I would pull the spacers off the back though
