    Dubsport MK1 VW Golf VR6 Turbo

    Cool Dubsport MK1 VW Golf VR6 Turbo !!

    ENGINE: TEC/Dubsport engineered 2995cc VR6. Forged 82.75mm low comp (7.8:1) pistons, balanced conrods and crankshaft, modified oilways and oil pump, metal head gasket, sodium-filled valves, hardened valve seats, polished and ported head, competition bearings. Custom VR6 intet manifold, ported and shortened, AMD large bore throttle body, TEC replacement ECU, ported exhaust manifold. Hybrid KKK K27 ceramic turbo, variable boost system (0.6-1.7bar), twin Blitz dump valves and external wastegate. Custom-built 3" Scorpion stainless exhaust. Twin pace chargecoolers and polished turbo pipework, K&N filter with larger TEC airflow meter. Custom radiator with twin cooling fans. Foam filled alloy fuel tank mounted under bonnet. Power over 440bhp, and 450lb/ft torque.

    TRANSMISSION: All steel Quaife six-speed gearbox and limited slip diffential. Rear wheel drive. Sachs competition clutch. VW Motorsport Mk3 Golf competition quickshift gear linkage mounted on custom alloy tower. Racelogic traction control system with launch control and full-throttle gearshift.

    CHASSIS: 7.5x17" BBS RC alloys with 205/40 R17 tyres, or 7x15" Ronal Turbo alloys with 195/45 R15 (front), 215/45 R15 (rear) tyres. Spax RSX height adjustable coilover struts for Mk2 Golf used front and rear. Roller-adjustable alloy top mounts. Shortened, strenghthened wishbones. Neuspeed anti-roll bars front and rear. Golf VR6 brake calipers with 280mm Zinc cross-drilled discs, 90-spec Mk2 Golf 16v front calipers used at rear with 256mm Zinc cross-drilled discs. Goodridge braided brake lines, 90-spec Golf 16v servo with 23mm alloy master cylinder. Rally-spec hydaulic handbrake, adjustable brake bias valve.

    EXTERIOR: Mk 1 Golf Driver bodyshell without sunroof, Full respray in VW Nepal Orange. Standard GTi arch trims and bumpers. Single headlamp grille.

    INTERIOR: Full multi-point FIA approved rollcage. Cobra/Dubsport Evolution Kevlar race seats, Willans four-point harnesses, boost gauge mounted on glovebox, Sparco suede steering wheel.

    carnt see the pics grrr , sounds cool spec thow any idea which radiator u used and a possible pic as im stuck as i carnt get one to fit under the slam pannel any ideas as it has to cool my 4wd 24v caddy turbo
