320 - 330 BHP is about the limit a T3 can supply, for more power you'll need more air so a T34 will be required. You can run up to 400 BHP on a set of greys and a T34, with a standard cylinder head + cams (will need a new chip to suit also). I have a set of matched greys (only used for 1000 miles) for sale if you want some

I would prefer to keep it with the t3 as i use the car every day and don't want the lag. What about larger injectors and live maped would that squeeze out a little more power?

KAIBO - I have a T3 and my friend has the exact same setup (greens etc) but runs a T34. Believe me the T34 is very sweet and is on my shopping list. If the chip is done properly there will be no difference in lag. He was dyno'd at almost exactly 350bhp

I don't know off the top of my head how much a T34 goes for at the moment - but after that I think all you'd need is for a good rolling road session. If you wanted to up the power a bit later on you could grab some greys from Wes and be on your way to some real power.
I personally like to think about it this way. Which is better - strangling every last bit of boost from a T3 or running an easy ammount of boost from a T34?
A good place to look is www.amberperformance.co.uk. They do some pretty fine prices on some bits.

Kaibo, a hybrid T34 from Turbo Technics is roughly £600 exchange. You can use that with the greens to get about 350 BHP, but will need to get it remapped, roughly £400 for a live mapping session i think, but this is the way to go rather than buying a chip off the shelf, as it's suited to your car, and not someone elses.
I have 2 sets of greys, i'll sell a set for £170, they have only done 1000 miles (running-in on my old engine), and are fully flowed and matched, and come with installed fitting kit. Again, you would need the T34 and a live mapping session, but then your looking at 400 BHP

Dont you get bore wash with greys. The thing is i want more power and want it to keep going as i do a lot of miles. Well i have done 10k in 3 months and the car will do about another 20 k+ before the end of the year. All motor way miles though!

You won't get bore wash if it's mapped properly. As you do alot of miles, a set of greys might not be a good idea after all, as they will be very juicy, why not stick with your 803 greens and get the T34 and a remap, will be more economical

It looks like i'll need to go for another turbo quicker than i thought. I managed to destroy it at castle combe at the weekend.

What about a t34 hybrid? Im probably going that route with my sapph, its also running 24psi at the moment and it starts to feel slooooow It was first set up at 26 psi but was later lowered to spare the turbo, never thought 2psi would be much of a differance but it was.
Anyway, t34 turbo with t3 exhaust housing to give you some nice response.
