Question MT75 to Zetec with World Cup X-member clearance

    Hi All,
Here is my problem. I will be using retro ford WC X-member mounts on my zetec with a MT75 Gearbox.
At present i have had to fettle the near side mount to allow room for the big terminal on the starter but im still not happy with it. I would rather not take any more off the mount.

Does any one have any suggestions on any other starts i might be able to use? (with solenoid in a different place maybe?)
The starter on thier at the moment is from a DOHC Sierra 2.0

I have included a picture of my problem

    Thanks,
    Mark

Went down the scrappy this morning, took a look at some zetec starters they have the solenoid under the starter. Looks like it may fit the MT75 gearbox using different holes (the zetec starter has the threads in the starter). Anyone know if this will work with a Zetec Flywheel and the MT75 gearbox?

    Figured it Out Eventually

I got a starter from a LHD Sierra (DOHC) and it fits beautifully. cant say if it engages with the flywheel properly or not yet.
