    My map won't help you much cause your spec would need to be identical.
    Just stick to AFR 12.7 for max power.

    The calculation of loses does not look right to me. How did they calculate it?

    The same way all dynos do (deceleration). I went to two different dynos and losses were the same.
    I think it has to do with the fourt gear beeing quite long.

    A nother zetec that posted here got similar power on wheels and fly on a mondeo supercharger.

    What have been done to bottom end? Those camshafts work fine with std pistons etc? Looking info fo 190-200hp 2.0l silvertop setup. You used these cams? http://www.catcams.co.uk/acatalog/info_108.html
