Hiya Tom,
Just sold my mk1 estate but i was going to put a set of VW polo seats in there, still have the complete set of polo seats if your interested.
Not sure how easy it would be to fit but the idea of the split rear seat sounded good to me. I have a full set front and rears and im in Hastings
Not looking for much for them so make an offer if your interested
