Paint colour code ?

Ive been decoding the vin plate for a friend, but the colour stamped looks like its a D ... when searching im struggling to find what colour that should actually be, could anyone offer help please ?

Is there’s a separate plate on the slam panel with the colour stamped on it. It is painted over (having been fixed in place before paint)
Do you only have a VIN plate, nothing else ?
