    brake hassle

does anyone know if the sierra xr4x4 callipers will have the same bolt on mount pattern as the 2.8 callipers on a mk3 capri? (being mounted to pair of billies) i need to replace an o/s calliper pretty quickly so any info is much appreciated.
am i right in thinking the disks were the same size? will these take the 2.8 vented disks?
i know caprisport use them with the 260 system but they use 260mm disks... do they work with the 245mm 2.8 disks? or what size were the original front disks from the sierra 4x4?
    cheers.

I would just get a new recon caliper from a motor factors...

Think you'll have pad overlap on the smaller disc, also to fit the caliper i think you need to drill out the threads in the leg and fit a mounting kit... Must admit i've never done this as i think that for cost/performance ratio, Willwoods win hands down
