    40 dhla

    I've got a pair of the above carbs on a pinto I'm just wondering should the vac take of be blocked or vented to air when not in use, also same goes for the vac on the dizzy?

    ive tried blocked and not just wondering outloud really what others do.

    Block / close vacuum take off on carbs and leave vacuumpipe on the distributor open.

    if you have just switched from a twinchoke and had teh timing set up correctly for that you will need to advance the timing a few degrees
