think im being fobbed off!

Hi guys.
I ordered a h/d 2.4 steering rack from pl rallying.
When it arrived it didn't fit as the bracket which locates over the n/s rack mount was welded in the wrong place.
I sent it back and they admitted it was a manufacturing fault and sent me a new one.
Now I don't know if it's me but when I unpacked it I thought it felt lighter and looked a bit skinnier than the last one which incidentally had heavy duty stamped on it! (New one doesn't)
Anybody got a h/d one they could Mic/vernier for me as I think they've sent me a std one and I'm not a happy bunny.
Any help would be most appreciated.

You get good and bad with all company's Ive not used them a great deal and never had any issues with them

Never ever had a problem with PLR I've had a fair bit of stuff off him over the years

I have both standard and heavy duty, heavy duty is about 32mm in the centre of the rack standard 27mm
