With what is believed to be an original 43500 miles on the clock and having only had 3 previously recorded owners from new, this car was originally registered as a 1300 Popular Plus.
This car is finished off in Ford Signal Orange 79. The underside has been fully stoneguarded and is also finished in the same Signal Orange.
Ford parts where possible for this rebuild so that the car is as near to the Escort Sport Spec as close as possible and to also get the detail work of the car as correct as an original sport would have been.

Interior
The Interior on this car is full 1600 Sport Spec starting with the Black Chevron design seats incorporating traditional red piping. There is a small fabric pull on the drivers seat and a similar flaw near the top on the rear seat upright, but other than that these seats are in exceptional condition for their age.
New Aldridge Floor and RS style boot carpets plus wheel arch liners.
Black dash top is in excellent condition and free of any cracks or splits.
3 spoke Sports steering wheel in really nice condition.

Centre console incorporating the clock and an original P21 Ford radio.
Correct Sport gearknob.
The doorcards are free from rips and splits and have never had speakers fitted in them.
