which one of the two i choose
from sierra or transit
is there any difference at all ?

Buy sierra as transit are generally low compression

transit 2.0 will also have a 1600 cam, although if you are rebuilding one then niether point really matters

if i change camshaft from sierra pinto is there any other difference like pistons or valves?

transit pistons are low compression, most engines need a rebuild and rebore so thats not usually an issue
