    Pedal Box Master Cylinder Fittment

    Hi all,

    Was starting to put together my bias pedal box tonight and the master cylinders seem really tight to push in. They are the double lip ones (pic below) but they are really tight to get in. I can get them in about half way up the rubber band but it really starts to bunch up a bit at that point. Is there a trick to this, or am I missing something. The pedal box itself is a RIX one if that makes any difference...

    On the willwood ones you just pull off the the rubber band that gets stuck. its not all one piece

    Ah, yes I did see that it was removeable but thought it must be there for some reason... I guess some its to fit different size holes in different boxes perhaps?

    not sure why its there but will work fine with out it
